Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts throughout the full lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, customer service, and resolution of outstanding client issues.
• Oversee total accounts receivable (AR) and prepare Aging Reports for multiple clients.
• Gather and analyze necessary data to support management in making account-specific decisions.
• Prepare account information for sale documents (specific duties vary depending on team alignment within the department).
