Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting operations.
• Experience supporting Canadian companies is required.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to apply payments to correct invoices.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding outstanding balances.
• Manage 30-, 60-, and 90-day receivables and collect overdue amounts.
• Prepare collection forecasts and reports of cash receipts.
