Particle Measuring Systems, Inc. is seeking a temporary AR Clerk to support accounts receivable activities from our Nuevo León region. The role emphasizes invoicing, collections coordination, and monthly close tasks.

Candidates should have an Associate degree in Accounting, 1–2 years’ experience, strong English, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. Remote work capability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or similar.
• 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable / billing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Issue and post customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Inform customers of outstanding balances and deadlines.
• Maintain records of payments and account status.
• Assist AR and related teams with discrepancies and fixes.
• Resolve collection issues by reviewing payment history.
• Coordinate collections with Sales and Service as needed.
• Prepare GL entries and reconcile accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Generate internal reports and assist with audits.
