Job summary

JumpCloud Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections specialist to manage a high-volume B2B portfolio and perform proactive outreach for past-due invoices.

You will liaise with Sales, Renewals, and Operations to resolve billing issues and support cash forecasting while recording all activities in ERP/CRM systems. The role requires 1–2 years of AR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections or comparable experience.
• Basic knowledge of sales contracts and standard payment terms.
• Flexibility to work an early shift to cover European time zones.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with automation tools and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of B2B accounts with proactive outreach for past-due invoices.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding overdue invoices.
• Assist in cash forecasting and provide visibility on expected weekly/monthly collections.
• Record all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Post daily customer payments and reconcile cash, checks, and cards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Participate in Governance calls and handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
