Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems, Inc. is seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to support timely invoicing and payment tracking. You will post customer invoices daily, monitor outstanding balances, and assist with treasury-related tasks as needed.

The role requires an Associate degree in Accounting and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Remote work with a stable internet connection is possible on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting.
• 1–2 years’ accounting experience.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail and personal accountability.
• Manufacturing experience in accounts payable/receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely issuance and daily posting of customer invoices.
• Inform customers of outstanding debts and deadlines.
• Maintain records of payments and account status.
• Assist A/R and Customer Success/Support with billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate collections with Sales and Service as needed.
• Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
