Job summary

JumpCloud Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a high-volume B2B portfolio and pursue proactive collections. You will contact customers, forecast cash receipts, and record payments in ERP/CRM systems while collaborating with Sales and Finance.

The role requires 1–2 years AR experience and strong Excel skills. The position is remote within Mexico for a flexible early shift to cover European time zones, with English-language communications as part of daily workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
1-2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections.
Basic knowledge of sales contracts and standard payment terms.
Flexibility to work an early shift for European time zones.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume portfolio of B2B accounts focusing on proactive outreach for overdue invoices.
Contact customers via email and phone regarding past-due payments.
Assist in cash forecasting using knowledge of payment cycles.
Record all activities in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
Support collections with Sales, Renewals, and Operations.
Post payments and verify payment terms against contracts.
Participate in governance calls and ad hoc projects.
