Job summary

Infoblox in Mexico City is seeking an AR & Collections Analyst to join the Accounts Receivable team. You will own a strategic collections portfolio, drive cash-flow improvements, and design data-driven strategies that accelerate payments and reduce risk.

Collaborating with Sales, Revenue Accounting, Legal and Customer Success, you’ll translate behavioral insights into clear actions, support month-end close, and help modernize order-to-cash processes with automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience.
• Advanced MS Office and ERP tools knowledge (Oracle Fusion) and AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage daily collection contacts to ensure timely payments.
• Document customer updates and promised payment dates.
• Investigate past due balances and perform reconciliations.
• Respond to customer inquiries per SLA.
• Analyze account behavior for collection forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate collection processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop AR process docs.
