Job summary

JumpCloud Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections specialist to manage a high-volume B2B portfolio from a remote Mexico base. You will contact customers on overdue invoices, apply payments, and support cash forecasting with accurate collection status updates.

The role requires 1–2 years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work early shifts to cover European time zones. Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections can substitute for educational requirements.
• Basic knowledge of sales contracts and standard payment terms.
• Flexibility to work an early shift schedule for European time zones.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of B2B accounts focusing on proactive monitoring and outreach for lower-tier past-due accounts.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding overdue invoices with professionalism.
• Assist in cash forecasting and provide weekly/monthly collections visibility.
• Document all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Participate in governance calls and ad hoc projects as assigned.
