Job summary

Cobalto Talent is seeking an Operations Manager (Agile & AI-Enhanced) to streamline workflows and drive project delivery for US-based businesses. You will bridge strategy and execution, leveraging AI tools to automate SOPs, summarize transcripts, and generate weekly reports.

You will implement Agile frameworks, map and optimize workflows, and deploy AI-assisted automations to reduce manual tasks while leading cross-functional teams. Strong English and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in operations or project management in a digital-first company.
Proven experience using Generative AI to boost personal and team productivity (e.g., writing prompts, AI meeting assistants).
Expertise in modern project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) and collaboration tools.
Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certifications are a plus.
Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Implement and manage Agile/Scrum frameworks tailored to company needs.
