Cobalto Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day US-based finances using AI-assisted automation. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and leveraging cloud software to reduce manual work.

Remote LATAM-friendly environment with involvement in modern AI-powered workflows. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in transactional accounting, proficiency in QBO or Xero, and strong English communication for international vendors.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years as a bookkeeper for US-based companies.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero.
• Experience with AI-powered OCR and automated AP/AR workflows.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a mindset geared toward continuous process improvement.
• Advanced English (B2/C1) for professional communication with US vendors.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle AP and AR using AI-powered OCR to capture and code invoices.
• Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger with focus on exception handling rather than manual data entry.
• Utilize automated follow-up systems and AI drafting tools to manage collections and vendor communications.
• Process expense reports and manage vendor records with Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc.
• Prepare basic monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and assist external CPAs with tax season preparation.
