CobaltoTalent is seeking a meticulous Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for US-based clients, leveraging AI-assisted automation and cloud accounting software to minimize errors.

You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger, and monthly statements, while collaborating with CPAs during tax season. This fully remote LATAM role offers growth and a tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping for US-based companies.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online or Xero.
• Experience with AI-driven OCR and automated A/P & A/R workflows.
• High accuracy and focus on continuous process improvement.
• Advanced English (B2/C1) for US communications.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using AI-powered OCR tools.
• Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and payment gateway reconciliations with automated categorizations.
• Maintain and update the general ledger with a focus on exception handling.
• Utilize automated follow-up systems and AI drafting tools for collections and vendor comms.
• Process expense reports and manage vendor records using Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc.
• Prepare basic monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and assist CPAs with tax season.
