CobaltoTalent is seeking a highly accurate Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for US-based businesses. The role leverages cloud accounting software and AI-assisted automation to reduce manual data entry and improve data integrity.

You will handle A/P and A/R, bank reconciliations, GL maintenance, and assist CPAs during tax season. Strong English, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with QBO or Xero, plus Excel/Sheets, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper for US-based companies.
• Strong English communication with US vendors and clients.
• Experience with AI-assisted automation in accounting workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using AI-powered OCR tools.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.
• Maintain general ledger focusing on exception handling and automation.
• Handle collections and vendor communications with automated follow-ups.
• Process expense reports and manage vendor records with integrated tech stack.
• Prepare basic monthly financial statements and assist CPAs with tax season.
