Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a meticulous Full-Charge Bookkeeper to handle daily financial transactions for US-based businesses. This role leverages cloud accounting software and AI-assisted automation to boost accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bookkeeping for US companies, strong QBO/Xero experience, and proficiency with AI OCR and automated workflows. Excellent English and spreadsheet skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

3+ years as Bookkeeper or similar transactional accounting role for US-based companies
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero
Experience implementing AI-driven OCR and automated A/P & A/R workflows
High accuracy and data integrity mindset
Strong English skills (B2/C1) for US vendor communication
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle A/P and A/R using AI-powered OCR for invoice capture and coding
Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of bank, card, and gateways
Maintain general ledger with focus on exception handling
Use automated follow-up systems and AI tools for vendor communications
Process expense reports and manage vendor records via integrated tools (Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc)
Prepare basic monthly financial statements and assist CPAs with tax season prep
