Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience for US-based clients.
• Proficiency with QBO or Xero; familiarity with AI-assisted OCR and automation.
• Strong data accuracy, detail orientation, and efficiency mindset.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle A/P and A/R using AI-powered OCR to auto-code invoices.
• Reconcile daily and monthly bank, card, and payment gateway activity; automate categorization.
• Maintain general ledger with focus on exception handling.
• Use automation to manage collections and vendor communications.
• Process expense reports and manage vendor records in integrated tools.
• Prepare basic monthly statements and assist CPAs during tax season.
