CobaltoTalent is seeking a highly accurate Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for US-based businesses. You will leverage cloud accounting software and AI-assisted automation to process invoices faster with zero errors.

The role emphasizes English communication with US vendors, experience with QBO or Xero, and tools like Bill.com, Dext, and Hubdoc in a fully remote LATAM setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar transactional accounting role for US-based companies.
• Experience with cloud accounting software and AI-assisted automation tools.
• Strong English communication with US vendors and teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) using AI-powered OCR to capture and code invoices.
• Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and payment gateway reconciliations with automated categorizations.
• Maintain and update the general ledger with focus on exception-handling.
• Manage collections and vendor communications with automated follow-up systems.
• Process expense reports and manage vendor records with integrated tech-stack solutions.
