Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Creative Marketing Manager based in Mexico to lead AI-powered creative campaigns across premium consumer brands. This remote role collaborates with Marketing, Creative, E‑Commerce, and Product teams to embed AI into campaigns and ensure consistency with brand standards.

You will drive content generation, optimize performance, and enable teams with AI prompts and workflows while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in creative marketing or related field.
Hands-on use of generative AI tools for marketing and production.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, email, social content strategy.
Experience leading cross-functional creative projects.

Responsibilities

Lead AI creative strategy and identify opportunities to integrate generative AI into content development and campaigns.
Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and workflows to improve production and performance.
Create and oversee AI-generated assets for digital ads, social, email, websites, launches.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to develop assets.
Develop prompts, processes, and brand guidelines for on-brand AI content.
Partner with internal teams to innovate AI-driven engagement initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimize assets and strategies.
Stay informed about emerging AI tech and best practices.
Train teams in AI tools, workflows, prompting techniques, and best practices.
