WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Mexico City to run the day to day for a book of consumer brand clients. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and growth for accounts that perform.

You will own client relationships, manage creative rounds across static, video, and UGC, and collaborate with the media team to read results. This in-office role requires presence in Mexico City five days a week.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of account management working with creative teams.
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce).
• Has shipped paid social and digital creative for channels like Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Has run client relationships directly, not only supported them.
• Can show how they use AI in their work today.
• Stable job history.
• Based in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Day‑to‑day client communication and the relationship on every account you run.
• Creative rounds end to end: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC.
• Each contract's scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms. Flag scope creep early and price the extra work.
• Creative performance: read results with the media team and bring the client the next test.
• Growth: spot new work inside existing accounts and build the case with your Account Director.
• Speed: use AI every day on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research.
• Clean project management: every Asana task has an owner and a due date.
