Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist based in Mexico City to lead hands-on generative image and video production across client projects. You will test, train, and customize internal AI tools while ensuring brand integrity and commercial viability.

Work with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and strategists to craft AI-driven content, develop repeatable workflows, and document best practices for the wider agency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated experience content for commercial use.
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows; skilled in model training for branded imagery.
• Strong design sense with ability to align AI outputs to brand styles.
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced AI models for image and video production across client projects.
• Develop, test, and improve internal AI tools; document workflows for wider reuse.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to integrate AI assets.
• Oversee quality checks for color, composition, and brand alignment in outputs.
• Benchmark new models and techniques and advocate for adoption where appropriate.
