Qualifications

• At least 7 years in creative leadership roles, including luxury hospitality/travel branding.
• Portfolio showing ownership of brand systems and measurable impact.
• Experience managing visual and verbal brand identities across markets.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and safeguard brand visual identity, tone, and storytelling.
• Lead social-first content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee photography, listings, and assets to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Lead campaigns from concept to delivery across paid/owned/earned channels.
• Build, mentor, and scale a distributed creative team across countries.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance image/video production while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, real estate, and interior design to align with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across properties, markets, and channels.
• Identify trends and tech to improve storytelling and competitiveness.
