WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist to lead hands-on generative image and video production for client campaigns. You will craft prompts, train models, and extend our internal tools, collaborating with creative, strategy, and post-production teams.

This remote role, based in Mexico, requires 3+ years in AI-focused or creative production, with proficiency in Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, and ComfyUI, and a strong eye for brand-consistent visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, ComfyUI).
• Creative & Aesthetic Sense: Strong design sensibility aligning AI outputs to brand styles.
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated experimentation and integration of AI in real-world campaigns.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication; able to lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Expertly employ AI image and video models and use finishing tools to deliver outputs.
• Develop and improve internal AI tools for the creative teams and project workflows.
• Collaborate with motion graphics designers, video editors, and graphic designers to embed AI assets into deliverables.
• Develop and refine AI-driven content creation workflows; document and share learnings; prototype reusable presets.
• Oversee quality checks for color, composition, and brand alignment across outputs.
