Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Senior Creative Lead based in Mexico City to lead multidisciplinary creative output across paid and organic content. You will ideate, design, and craft digital narratives, guiding AI-assisted projects and maintaining brand voice through high-quality visuals and copy.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience creating paid and organic social content.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; strong digital design portfolio.
• Hands-on generative AI production for image/video with appropriate tools.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging content that aligns client voice with visuals to drive engagement.
• Brainstorm, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content in a lean setup.
• Monitor trends and adapt them to brand narratives for relevance.
• Oversee post-production, QA, and delivery of assets with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.
• Guide AI-assisted projects from concept to final delivery with quality workflows.
