Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager in Mexico City to guide campaigns from brief to delivery. You will own workflows, keep teams informed, and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production, with exposure to AI and opportunities to grow while leading junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• AI integration and facilitating communication between departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production).
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
• Oversee designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM and US hubs.
