Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Senior Creative Lead in Mexico City to ideate, design, and craft digital narratives for clients. You will lead content creation across static and motion formats, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools while maintaining brand voice and performance metrics.

You’ll work in a lean, fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients and internal teams to push boundaries and deliver high-quality campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years experience creating and producing paid and organic social content.
• Figma proficiency and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects).
• Strong digital design portfolio across static and motion design for digital ads and campaigns.
• Hands-on Generative AI production experience with tools like Higgsfield, Figma Weave, FAL.AI, Replicate.
• Holistic understanding of the social media landscape and trends.
• Versatile for team-based and solo projects; proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Performance-focused content creation to grow engagement and meet KPIs.
• Brainstorm, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content in a lean structure.
• Monitor trends and adapt to brand narrative with innovation.
• Oversee post-production, QA, and delivery of content with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.
• Guide AI-assisted projects from concept to delivery with actionable feedback.
