Utility Profit is seeking a motivated Account Management Specialist to join our growing team. You will support client onboarding, manage day-to-day relationships, and help drive retention and satisfaction across our partner base, working remotely from Mexico or a Central-Time location.

You will collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure partners are set up for success while gaining exposure to strategic account management, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow

Formación

• 1–3 years in SaaS account management, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience supporting onboarding, retention, and revenue goals.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding for new partners and ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized accounts with guidance.
• Respond to partner inquiries and identify opportunities to improve experience.
• Monitor account health metrics and flag risks or expansion opportunities.
• Assist with revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate client feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to improving internal processes as we scale.
