A leading IT services firm is looking for an Account Development Officer to manage support processes and ensure engagement with key stakeholders. This role offers significant impact within a diverse team, with responsibilities including tracking POs and running monthly reports. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in project management and possess strong organizational skills. Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations Analysis, or Account Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar audits, log meetings, analyze Gong transcripts, and maintain internal updates.
• Track and manage POs, SOWs, and KPIs.
• Run weekly and monthly tasks including referral updates, C-suite reports, and ticket follow-ups.
• Create tasks in Account Cockpit to prompt Account Manager action.
• Leverage AI to automate account intelligence and other tasks.
