Utility Profit, in partnership with Sunroom Rentals, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist renters with utility orders and explain options. This remote role is based from Mexico (or within 2 hours of US Central Time) on a 4-month contract with full-time hours.

You will communicate with renters by phone, text and email, perform follow-ups with renters and providers, and support clients as the team grows. Strong English and tech-savviness are required.

Formación

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal abilities.
• Experience handling renter queries and coordinating with providers.
• Comfort with using multiple applications and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders and explaining options.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and utility providers.
• Proactively update team members on progress and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
