Maersk Line Limited is seeking a Regional Operations SME in Mexico City to act as a trusted process authority across multiple countries. You will guide regional operations, align with global standards, and drive standardized processes and improvements.

You will support migrations, monitor KPIs, and lead root-cause analyses to resolve complex issues. You will maintain SOPs and training materials, collaborate with regional/global stakeholders, and drive automation opportunities while ensuring

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in lead logistics, customer experience, supply chain, terminal, or shared-service operations, including experience as a process expert, super user, or operational lead.
• English level B2–C1 with ability to collaborate across countries and seniority levels.
• Experience with ERP and MS Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/Teams) and reporting/visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support SCP migrations and implementation activities for new and existing customers, ensuring operational readiness, business adoption, and onboarding.
• Act as the regional SME for assigned operational processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Provide guidance to operational teams on process execution, standards, controls, and business requirements.
• Drive process standardization across countries and locations while managing justified local exceptions.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, quality indicators, and process compliance; identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and support resolution of complex operational issues and escalations.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions, process maps, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation, Lean and Kaizen improvements and support system changes.
• Facilitate training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions for key users.
