Maersk is seeking a Regional Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to act as a trusted process authority across multiple countries and operational teams. You will support SCP migrations, ensure operational readiness, and drive adoption of standardized processes and best practices.

You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities with customer and business needs, while leading continuous improvement initiatives and coaching key users.

Formación

• Academic background in logistics, trade, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of regional lead logistics/supply chain experience.
• Experience as process expert or operational lead is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as regional SME for operational processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Guide teams on process execution, standards, controls and business requirements.
• Drive standardization across countries; monitor KPIs and process compliance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and support complex operational issue resolution.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, training materials, and knowledge docs.
• Support migrations, new processes, system changes and stabilization.
