Job summary

Citigroup in Mexico City is seeking a Regional Business Head to oversee multiple teams and drive strategic initiatives across global regions. You will coordinate with Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities franchises to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining strong governance and risk controls.

The role requires 15+ years of financial markets experience, leadership in a regulated environment, and a proven ability to manage budgets and talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
15+ years of experience in SA equity markets and international financial markets.
Experience in senior/director levels within financial services or regulated intermediaries.
Strong analytical and leadership capabilities; cross-product knowledge and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing regional strategy across global teams.
Maximizing revenue opportunities across Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities franchises.
Overseeing governance, risk controls, and compliance with Citi policies.
Mentoring and developing talent within the team and managing budgets and performance.
