Job summary

Citigroup in Mexico City is seeking a Business Lead Analyst to guide complex initiatives and act as SME to senior stakeholders. You will gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, and manage projects through milestones within strict timelines.

The role requires 6–10 years in financial services, strong communication, and Agile experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support post-implementation activities, and ensure regulatory and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience in the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions.
• Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the SDLC and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Developing BRD/FRD, test planning and UAT artifacts for key technical deliveries.
• Day-to-day management of project responsibilities including milestones and task management.
• Providing implementation/post-implementation project support.
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify key project risks and manage resolutions or escalate as needed.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision; exercise independent judgement.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and risk controls across Citi processes.
