• knowledge of the SDLC

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Develop BRD, FRD, test planning, and UAT documents for key technical deliveries
• Manage day‑to‑day project responsibilities and timelines
• Provide implementation and post‑implementation project support
• Foster relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development teams
• Identify and manage project risks, escalate as needed
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
