Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in finance, economics, or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in equity markets.
• Strong risk management and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Developing a coordinated strategy across the business and building strong teamwork across other global regions.
• Maximizing partnership and coordination with other key businesses and functions, particularly equities, fixed income, and commodity trading.
• Content and alpha-generation for Citi’s clients.
• Identify and implement ways to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a culture of responsible ethics and risk management.
• Engage and motivate the team.
• Ensure revenue and expense targets are achieved with budgets and controls.
