Job summary

Edenred in Mexico is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive market and competitive intelligence, product marketing strategy, and growth marketing across the region. You will translate business goals into GTM plans and enable regional sales with compelling content and campaigns.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, CX, and Legal to ensure consistent value propositions, robust demand generation, and portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish.
• 5+ years in Marketing, ideally in B2B Fintech, Financial Services, Software.
• Experience with regional or multi-country teams.
• Solid Growth Marketing experience targeting mid/large companies.

Responsibilities

• Market sizing and market share understanding across the region; competitive intelligence gathering.
• Clarify value proposition and positioning; create cross-channel content for external stakeholders and sales teams.
• Translate business and product strategy into GTM plans; lead launches and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Define growth plan and allocate resources to maximize top-line growth; execute digital and offline campaigns.
• Track KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvements across campaigns and initiatives.
