Job summary

Edenred Mexico is seeking a Marketing & Growth Director to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across the business units within the Mexico Shared Services Center. You will coach the Marketing team, partner with senior leaders, and ensure alignment with the group vision to drive growth and brand leadership.

You will own digital marketing, communications, events, and external relationships, building a high‑performing, data‑driven organization that delivers measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven B2B go-to-market experience within a Shared Services, Matrix, or Regional org.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing including performance, growth, and SEO/SEA strategies.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Masters preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and agency management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Marketing with Business Line leadership to translate priorities into initiatives.
• Drive demand and lead generation across Business Lines with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee digital campaigns and develop GEO initiatives and AI-powered search.
• Develop annual marketing plans with KPI-based objectives and measurable impact.
• Lead the marketing team and manage external agencies.
• Build partnerships with Commercial, Product, Finance to align priorities and growth.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources.
