Edenred Group in Mexico City seeks an experienced Marketing Leader to define and orchestrate Market and competitive intelligence, Product Marketing strategy, and Growth Marketing initiatives. You will ensure clear positioning, drive demand, and enable Sales across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in Marketing, preferably in B2B Fintech; you will work with regional teams to grow portfolio and retention through data-driven GTM plans and content.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields.
• MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing, ideally B2B Fintech/Financial Services.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market sizing and competitive intelligence activities.
• Develop product marketing strategy and GTM positioning.
• Create external and internal content to articulate value propositions.
• Lead GTM planning for launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing resources to drive top-line growth across lifecycle.
• Track KPIs and ROI to optimize campaigns and initiatives.
