Swiss Re in Mexico City is seeking an experienced AV Multimedia Service Engineer to be the on-site expert for AV/UC in the Americas region. You will troubleshoot and maintain meeting room tech, support colleagues across offices, and lead on-site activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will collaborate with global AV/UC engineers, guide end-users, and contribute to improving workplace technology experiences while ensuring security policies are followed.

Formación

• Hands-on AV/UC experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with MS Teams Rooms in a corporate context.
• Proven on-site AV/UC support and quick issue resolution.
• Experience coordinating or supporting Townhall events.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for AV/UC issues on-site in Mexico City.
• Provide remote AV/UC support across the Americas region in coordination with global teams.
• Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are ready via proactive checks and quick fixes.
