Tendencys Innovations seeks an experienced IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in Monterrey, partnering with hiring managers to attract top software, QA, DevOps, and data professionals. You will develop sourcing strategies and conduct competency-based interviews to identify outstanding talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience recruiting for technical or IT positions.
• Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data, Cloud profiles.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and digital recruitment platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who is passionate about attracting top technology talent. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire exceptional professionals who will help drive our continued growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for a wide range of IT positions, including Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Cloud Engineers, IT Support, and other technology-related roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent acquisition channels.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates' technical and interpersonal skills.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring pipeline performance, and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence within the technology talent market.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and identify new strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience recruiting for technical or IT positions.
• Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, or similar technical profiles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, headhunting, competency-based interviewing, and technical recruitment best practices.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and digital recruitment platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
