Alexander Mann Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support efficient hiring processes, screen candidates, and manage applications. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and operations to ensure a smooth candidate experience across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll contribute to recruitment projects and events, drive process improvements, and leverage Excel and AI-enabled tools to optimize reporting and candidate flow.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, candidate screening, and recruitment administration.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, Excel, and recruitment technologies; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills; proactive.

• Contribute to high-volume hiring initiatives and hiring events by leveraging your organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and reporting through your strengths in Excel, AI tools, and process optimization.
