Checkout.com is seeking a highly organized Talent Operations Associate in Mexico City to bridge candidate coordination with advanced talent operations. The role focuses on AI-driven scheduling, stakeholder management, and data-informed process improvements.

This hybrid position requires three days in the office and collaboration with Americas hiring teams. You will enable scalable interviewer programs, align with senior leaders on SLAs, and optimize our ATS stack (Ashby) while building

Formación

• 2+ years in high-volume interview coordination or talent operations.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive scheduling expertise.
• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation.
• Data fluency with reporting dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex, multi-time-zone interview scheduling with AI support.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and interviewers to meet SLAs.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor time-to-schedule and capacity.
• Manage interviewer enablement and training programs.
• Partner to optimize Ashby and other talent tech features.
