Alexander Mann Solutions is hiring a Recruiter/Interviewer to support high-volume interview processes and offer management. You will work with client recruiters and internal teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensuring accurate assessments and compliant hiring decisions.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with ATS/CRM tools, and a track record in RPO or outsourced recruitment.

Formación

• Experience conducting high-volume interviews and final hiring decisions.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience managing offers and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments with compliance requirements.
• Experience in RPO or outsourced recruitment environments.
• Exposure to mentoring colleagues or talent pooling.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume video interviews across niche and volume roles.
• Educate candidates on the role and capture accurate notes for interview records.
• Collaborate with client recruiters and internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment journey.
• Manage the offer process end-to-end, ensuring compliance at every stage.
• Deliver against SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets while maintaining quality.
