Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in revenue cycle management, seeks a Domain Trainer to elevate the RCM skill set in Guadalajara. You will design training, SOPs, and assessment plans to ensure teams master software, compliance, and project specifics.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in US Healthcare RCM, strong curriculum development skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and solid coaching ability to improve contact center processes and billing system proficiency, with

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare) and prior experience as an SME or Domain Trainer.
• Proficiency in RCM methodologies, including curriculum development and tracking knowledge effectiveness.
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) with highly proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coaching skills and in-depth knowledge of contact center processes and billing systems (preferably Epic).
• Gross Salary: Competitive (To be discussed).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct training sessions and weekly assessments to ensure team members are equipped with necessary RCM software, compliance regulations, and project specifics.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new clients in Accounts Receivable to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop training modules and conduct refresher training based on root cause analysis to effectively bridge identified knowledge gaps.
