Intugo is seeking a Contact Center Specialist in Guadalajara to serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, and resolving inquiries to deliver a positive patient experience.

You will verify demographics and insurance information, answer high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and uphold quality and service level targets while working within a healthcare-focused team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and professional license (Cédula Profesional) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, healthcare, or patient access.

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and service levels.
