Intugo Mexico is seeking a skilled trainer to lead revenue cycle management (RCM) training for our team in Guadalajara. The role focuses on onboarding clients in accounts receivable, maintaining SOPs, and delivering ongoing training modules.

Strong English/Spanish communication and coaching abilities are essential for success in a dynamic, international partner environment. The position offers growth within a strategic international partner for growth and collaboration on intelligent automation

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare).
• Experience as SME or Domain Trainer.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct training sessions and weekly assessments to ensure team members are proficient with RCM software, compliance regulations, and project specifics.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new clients in Accounts Receivable to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop training modules and conduct refresher training based on root cause analysis to bridge identified knowledge gaps.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct training sessions and weekly assessments to ensure team members are equipped with necessary RCM software, compliance regulations, and project specifics.


• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new clients in Accounts Receivable to ensure consistency and efficiency.


• Develop training modules and conduct refresher training based on root cause analysis to effectively bridge identified knowledge gaps.

What You Need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare) and prior experience as an SME or Domain Trainer.


• Proficiency in RCM methodologies, including curriculum development and tracking knowledge effectiveness.


• Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) with highly proficient verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong coaching skills and in-depth knowledge of contact center processes and billing systems (preferably Epic).


• Gross Salary: Competitive (To be discussed).
