You will verify demographics, insurance, and registration details while providing accurate information about services, locations, and procedures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to delivering a positive patient experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and Professional License (Cédula Profesional)

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
