Intugo is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.

Based in Guadalajara, the role requires a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication, and prior customer service or healthcare experience. Eligible for legal benefits, private medical insurance, and a Christmas bonus.

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.
