Emerson in Mexico seeks a Senior Quality Supervisor to lead the plant QA efforts. You will supervise ISO compliance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, planning, and production teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

You will implement Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies, manage supplier quality, and oversee the Quality System documentation to support profitability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience with ISO9001 and ISO80079-34 compliance.
• Statistical techniques and problem solving methods.
• Ability to interpret drawings and metalworking knowledge.
• Administration skills and Kaizen experience.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 current version.

Responsabilidades

• Identify product specs, measure production, document testing, update QA procedures.
• Develop and communicate metrics showing process performance against standards.
• Ensure timely quality support to interacting areas and intervene when needed.
• Provide plant support to Design Eng, Central Planning, Sales, suppliers.
• Manage external suppliers for compliance with internal production.
• Monitor ISO 9001 compliance and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Oversee documentation and implementation of the Quality System.
• Investigate customer complaints and control quality costs.
