Emerson in Mexico seeks a seasoned production leader to plan, coordinate and oversee daily to monthly manufacturing activities across cells and lines. You will ensure schedules, productivity, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets.

The role requires advanced English, an engineering degree, and 10+ years in machining or related fields, with strong leadership, negotiation, and Lean/Six Sigma experience.

Formación

• Advanced English required for bilingual work environment.
• Engineering degree in Industrial or Mechanical fields with relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Proven ability in production scheduling and lean initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization metrics.
• Balance workloads across machining cells, production lines, and work centers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality and cost objectives.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma projects.
• Interpret GD&T drawings and engineering documentation.
• Manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans within the plant.
• Drive TPM and industrial maintenance practices; uphold safety standards.
