Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Production Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Mexico. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3–5 years of quality management experience, with strong analytical skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly.
• Ability to analyze quality data and drive improvement actions.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Quality team and support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance through quality KPIs.
• Lead containment, corrective, and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate quality activities with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
• Support audits, product safety, and employee quality awareness programs.
