Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
Plan and review work orders, estimating labor, materials, and time.
Ensure equipment is in good condition; coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective work.
Confirm materials at the line and resolve material flow issues with scheduling.
Verify orders are assembled, packed, quality-approved, and recorded for shipping/warehousing.
Lead operators, enforce assembly/testing procedures and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvement with Manufacturing Engineering to boost efficiency and safety.
Support root cause analysis for safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a safe, organized, compliant work environment and promote safety training.
Manage employee time and attendance in electronic systems and assist payroll.
