Job summary

Emerson is seeking a production leadership professional in Mexico to drive safety, quality, and productivity across a manufacturing area. You will supervise staff, monitor processes, and ensure adherence to control plans and PFMEA while enabling line balancing and ergonomic improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally (USA visa). Master’s degree is a plus, with experience collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Fluent English, able to communicate with global staff.
• Experience level: willing to travel internationally (USA visa).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates safety, quality and productivity for staff under supervision.
• Complies with safety policies and reports risks.
• Monitors processes to ensure quality and analyzes audit results.
• Calculates and implements area KPIs via standard time.
• Understands production controls (control plan, PFMEA, flow diagram).
• Supports line balancing and ergonomics in production.
• Applies world class manufacturing to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Develops staff through training programs and certifications.
